Magic Mike’s Last Dance

Mike Lane takes to the stage again after a lengthy hiatus, following a business deal that went bust, leaving him broke and taking bartender gigs in Florida. For what he hopes will be one last hurrah, Mike heads to London with a wealthy socialite who lures him with an offer he can’t refuse… and an agenda all her own. With everything on the line, once Mike discovers what she truly has in mind, will he—and the roster of hot new dancers he’ll have to whip into shape—be able to pull it off?

Eight years after “Magic Mike XXL” reaffirmed our love of Channing Tatum and his merry band of male strippers, Tatum and original “Magic Mike” director Steven Soderbergh are reuniting for a curtain call. Announced back in 2021, “Magic Mike’s Last Dance” will land in theaters just in time for Valentine’s Day 2023, with a new twist on Mike’s stripping adventures.

This time around, the title character will be making a living as a bartender when he’s caught up in the life of a socialite played by Salma Hayek. She sees Mike’s natural talent and sex appeal and wants to give him a new boost as a dancer, taking his talents to the biggest stage of his career. Of course, with new opportunities come new challenges, and Mike will have to deal with all the pitfalls of this new arrangement in what Tatum has termed a “reverse role ‘Pretty Woman'” kind of story (via The New York Times).

However it works out, we’re sure “Magic Mike’s Last Dance” will bring back all those sexy moves and moments of surprising heart along the way. The film hits theaters on February 10, 2023.
